Stories built on atmosphere, tension, and the kind of darkness that follows you home.
Feature Film · Horror · 2018–2019
A feature-length horror screenplay built on dread, atmosphere, and the kind of darkness that lingers long after the credits. Recognized across the horror and indie festival circuit over two years of submissions.
Howard writes genre with a photographer's eye — composition first, tension through restraint. His screenplays don't rely on shock; they build dread through accumulation, through the small detail that shouldn't be wrong but is, through the moment a character realizes they've been reading the situation backwards the whole time.
The result is horror and suspense that feels earned. Atmosphere you can taste. Characters who feel real enough to root for — and lose.

"Humble observations" — two words that capture a lifetime of paying attention to what others rush past.
Howard started photographing the world around him and putting those photos on Pexels. Seven years later, they've been viewed 6.3 million times and downloaded 25,500 times by designers, publishers, and creators across five continents — appearing everywhere from MSN and India Times to El Diario de España.
He's also a horror and suspense screenwriter. His debut feature One Killer Night earned five competition recognitions across festivals around the country — including a Semi-Finalist placement at the Utah Film Festival and Screenplay Finalist at the Miami Web Series Festival.
He also built Firm Heartbeat — an analytics platform for law firms.
